Getting started with your new lifestyle, we will complete some assessments to create a monthly workout plan and nutrition plan. You will also gain basic knowledge of nutrition to make sure you are successful in fueling your body, We will be meeting twice during these first four weeks to discuss how integrating these changes is going for you. During this time we can discuss any barriers to your success and troubleshoot these issues to make this the most successful journey you have been on.
After we have established your first month of this process we will continue working together to meet your goals. Every month you will get a new workout plan. We will have 2 coach session of 30 minutes in length to discuss on-going nutrition support and discussing your progress.
If you aren't yet ready jump into a new lifestyle, a new workout plan may be just right for you. For this you will fill out paperwork to discuss your experience and goals in the gym. You will receive a workout plan for 4 weeks to progress toward your goals with descriptions of each exercise. This is a fully remote process and will be completed via email and we will not meet for a coaching session.

You will receive a nutrition plan and some basic information about macronutrients. This is a fully remote process and will be completed via email and we will not meet for a coaching session.
Some times we all need a little extra support. This option can be added to an existing package or you can schedule a coaching session to discuss past experiences of your health journey and how you can improve on this process.
